Drains Project
The following was a proposal that Don Rathborne worked very hard on with an Engineering group. He managed to set an assessment to collect enough money for the proposed project.
In 1998 the first phase was completed and the second in 1999 under Don Rathborne as president. The last phase was completed in 2003 under Katrina Watts's as president.
1998 - Phase I of the proposed Drain plan - the Blue Line.
1999 - Phase II of the proposed Drain plan - The Yellow Line.
2003 - Phase III of the proposed Drain plan - the Pink Drain.
